Who do you provide therapy to?
I provide therapy services to individuals (18+)

Is online therapy effective?
Yes, online therapy has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health conditions and many clients find it to be a convenient and accessible option.

What is your therapy approach?
My approach is holistic and individualised. My main approach is psychodynamic however, I am incorporating elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals and address their unique needs and concerns.

How do I start therapy with you?

What is the cost of therapy per session?
My fee per a single session is £60, unless you are a student, then the single session costs £50. You can also book a block of 6 sessions and get a one session completely free.

How do I pay for therapy sessions?
You can pay for therapy sessions via bank transfer; you require to make a transfer to my account at least 24 hours prior the session to secure your slot. 

What is the length of a therapy session?
Each therapy session lasts approximately 50-60 minutes.

How often will I have therapy sessions?
The frequency of therapy sessions is determined on a case-by-case basis and will depend on your individual needs and goals. From my experience best results are achieved during weekly sessions.

Can I have therapy from outside of the UK?
Yes, as therapy is delivered digitally, I am able to offer therapy to clients from anywhere in the world wchich offers lots of flexibility for both, clients and therapists.

Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is confidential although they are some exceptions to this when it comes to your safety and safety of others. I will explain it in detail later on. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines to ensure your privacy and confidentiality (BACP).

Do you provide emergency therapy services?
I do not provide emergency therapy services, if you are in immediate danger or in need of emergency services, please seek help from your local emergency services; 999 for UK, or Samaritans if you are experience suicidal thoughts – 116 123, or SMS – ‘SHOUT’  to 85258

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let me know as soon as possible. I ask that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In other case the cancelled or missed session will be chargable.

What if I’m not sure if therapy is right for me?
If you are unsure if therapy is right for you, I encourage you to reach out to me to discuss your concerns and determine if therapy is a good fit for you.

How long does it typically take to see results from therapy?
The length of time it takes to see results from therapy will vary depending on the individual and the specific issues being addressed. Some clients may see improvement after a few sessions, while others may take longer.

What can I expect during my first therapy session?
During your first therapy session, you will have an opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. I will ask some questions about your symptoms, medical history, family background and current stressors. You may also discuss any past treatment you have received, any medications may be taking or traumatic experinces which in your opinion shaped you and caused damage you wish to work on. Is always best to be honest and open during this session, as this will help us better understand your needs and develop an effective, individualised treatment plan for you.

Do you offer a free first consultation?
Yes, I offer a free 15 minutes consultation to help you explore your needs and goals and determine if my services match you. During this consultation, we can discuss your concerns and expectations for therapy and determine whether we will be a good fit to work together. This consultation is confidential, and there is no obligation to commit to further therapy sessions.
