How Can I Help You With Your Situation?
Short term
I offer a short, solution-based treatment for adults; these are typically 6-12 sessions long but can be tailored around your needs. I provide discounts for clients booking blocks of 6 sessions, ask me about my prices.
If you are ready to implement changes right away I am able to match your speed and also work super-fast. I am known to get my clients to the root cause of their problems – faster than other therapists – see my testimonials.
We will work together to understand your symptoms and their impact in your life. We will investigate your patterns of behaviour, the way you attach to other people in order to better understand your struggles. This will give us a clearer picture of where you are currently and what your needs are. From that point we will start making positive changes in your life.

When things are more complicated, and we need more time…
I also offer longer term therapy for more complex clients which would not be suitable for 6-12 sessions. These sessions are paced in line with your needs and your readiness to process difficult events from you past; (trauma work). Those events very likely caused your present issues in the first place. Sometimes this type of work needs to be completed first, to start seeing ‘the light at the end of the tunnel’.
I will be with you for every step of the journey – you will no longer feel hopeless and isolated with these problems.
From that point it will be much easier to embrace positive changes. Working towards a happier and more content life.
Long term
The way I work
I would like you to imagine that you are a driver of a car; (the vehicle symbolises the therapy sessions). As you hold a wheel – you can turn in any direction – you will always have a full control of the ride. I will mostly follow your lead, but I might suggest, at times, an alternative route. From my experience some routes will be more beneficial than others and as a result of that, you will grow stronger and heal better. We will visit some places together and we will get to know each other during the journey.
I can assure you that we will never go to any place without your permission.
I will make sure that our trip is safe and that in the end of it you will reach home. I will stay with you as long as you need me to stick around and then we will say goodbye.
How I Deliver Therapy?
The therapy I deliver is fully digital – via Whatsapp, it’s as simple as adding me to your contacts and starting a conversation. All you need is your device and somewhere private and comfortable to sit. Some clients connect with me from home, work, a car or even in the park. – wherever feels good for you and no-one will disturb you (earphones can help).
I offer sessions at a variety of times and days as we all have busy lives. This enables me to offer sessions to clients around the world and we can work out the best time for us to speak. I will do my best to connect with you wherever you are.

About me
My name is Krystyna, I was born in Poland and have lived in Europe and Africa. I am fluent in Polish and English and regularly work with clients in either language. I have lived, worked and studied in the UK for over 15 years. I have supported adults struggling with a variety of mental health difficulties. After years of assisting clients trying to cope with difficult symptoms, I had a realisation that perhaps, supporting them in a more holistic way would be more effective. If I understood people’s home environment and how they have been treated growing up, I would be able to understand why their lives have turned out the way they have.
After this realisation I decided to study human psychology at the Greenwich University in London and I enrolled in training as a Psychodynamic Therapist.
Since this time I have broadened my approach with further study, utilising other therapy models and clinical experience. This has led to the development of my own therapeutic style which I have used to great effect.
With over 5 years of clinical practice and more than 1000+ hours working with clients I am very experienced and confident. I have worked with people from all walks of life; from all continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas), of all ages (from 18 to 72) religions, cultures, genders and sexual identities.
I take great fulfilment in knowing that I am making a valuable difference to people’s lives, making them happier and more successful.
