At the heart of my practice is the belief that every individual deserves a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts and emotions. My approach to therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and focuses on finding practical solutions to the challenges they are facing.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I bring over 5 years of experience and 1000+ clinical hours to the table, providing highly-effective treatments to adults. I understand that everyone has unique needs and struggles, and that’s why I tailor my therapy sessions to fit the individual. Due to this, I provide a range of short-term and long-term treatments in a variety of prices and discounts in order to meet the needs of my clients.  

In our sessions, we will work together to uncover the root cause of your problems and identify the patterns of behavior that are holding you back. We will start by gaining a clear understanding of where you are currently and what your needs are, and then develop a plan for making positive changes in your life. I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can be honest and open about your thoughts and feelings. I believe that therapy should empower you to take control of your journey and help you move towards a happier and more content life.

Short-Term Solution-Based Treatment

For those seeking a more targeted, short-term treatment, I offer a solution-focused approach that typically lasts between 6-12 sessions. Our sessions will be focused on understanding the root cause of your symptoms and developing strategies to better manage or alleviate them. I offer discounts for students but also, clients who book blocks of 6 sessions get the 6th session free of charge. Please ask me about all my pricing options.

Long-Term Therapy for Complex Issues

For clients facing more complex issues, I offer longer-term therapy designed to work through difficult events from the past that may be contributing to present struggles such us, trauma or working with grief. This type of work need be completed at a pace that is comfortable for you as you will need some time to process your thoughts and feelings related to the difficult events. I will be with you every step of the way, offering a safe and supportive environment to process and heal from these experiences.

In therapy with me, you are in the driver’s seat. Think of our therapy sessions as a road trip where you are in control of the direction we take. I will follow your lead, but may also suggest alternative routes that may be more beneficial for you. Our journey together will be a safe and supportive one, and I will always respect your boundaries and never go to any place without your permission. My goal is to help you reach a happier, more content life.

My Therapy Philosophy

I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and my goal as a therapist is to support you on your journey. I like to use a driver and car metaphor, where you are the driver and the therapy sessions are the car. As the driver, you have full control of the direction of the therapy, and I will be your guide, suggesting alternative routes when necessary. But, ultimately, I will always follow your lead, ensuring that we only visit places that you are comfortable with.

In our sessions, we will explore your experiences and emotions and work towards better managing or even fully relieving your symptoms. I understand that therapy can be a difficult and emotional process, but I am here to support you every step of the way. Whether you need short-term or long-term therapy, I will be with you for as long as you need me and will never leave you feeling hopeless and isolated. Together, we will work towards creating a brighter and more fulfilling future.

Fees

£60 per 50 minutes sessions (adults’ rate)

         £50 per 50-60 minutes session (18+ students’ rate)
